Had issues aligning the screws to their respective thread holes. The 4 corners have guide tubes that helped greatly but the sides, top, bottom screws take some manipulating to line up. Flaws: door seal is made of whisker fabric, may keep bugs out but doesn't provide weather seal. Drafts from outside come in easily. Magnetic door catch is weak. Overall I'm ok with purchase, I'll fix the flaws.
