Also the box was damage very badly, so my opinion is for AT Racing world and not usps. Great job ATR you guys describe your product to a T so customers don’t have to worry about returns yet still provide that option. Also thank you for double boxing my pistons for added protection. And finally I made my order online and you guys had it labeled and processed like Right Now type speed. keep it up and I’ll let everyone know who to go to Thnx

Both of them were packed separately in custom boxes with plenty of foam molded for each one to prevent any damage... This seller I have dealt with many times and it's always the same... GREAT SERVICE and GREAT PRODUCTS...

I contacted them on 5/13/25 telling them of the mistake and I would be willing to keep the 3/4 fork, and I would be willing to buy a 1/2 fork if they would be willing to offer free shipping for it. Today is 5/20/25. Never got a response. Had to order one from another vendor. After looking over their negative feedback, it seems they don't respond to anyone with a problem.

They were willing to sell a part they didn't have and make me wait? WTF...So then I request a return, which they also deny... so I have REFUSED USPS Delivery and returned to sender.
