Tang was fine when I received it but the buckle it self was to small for my thick canvas strap. He has a no return policy but I thought that after explaining the problem with photos he would honor it if i paid shipping. No such luck with this seller. Wanted me to send it back on my own without him accepting the return through ebay. So he could minus me the 5 dollars it cost him to ship it to me. Its documented in our message exchange. He said he would buy it any way and would make it work. Then he wanted to return. No problem except he would have to pay for the shipping. He refused. So now he has left negative feedback. This is unfair. We have 100% positive before him. Now he is trying to get revenge on the shipping charge with negative feedback.
