Once ordered was shipped quickly and arrived within 48 hours as promised. Was well packaged, undamaged and as described. Item performs as expected but because is so light have to be careful keep stable when hanging 2-3 kg dialysis bags on hooks, especially when used fully extended. However, this was known before purchase because of answers to questions. Therefore happy with purchase and recommend this seller.

I forwarded pictures of the damage and immediately received a response from the seller apologising and offering to send another fitting without the need to send the damaged one back. I received the replacement fitting within a few days and it was in perfect condition. A very responsive service. Thank you.
