Seems like everytime things go through the San Francisco hub they get stalled for over a month. That said seller was very good a communicating and assured me that I would be able to return even if item arrived after return window. I don't need to return, but it's nice to know there are sellers out there that are willing to work with people.

My only complaint about this item is it's packaging. I like to collect signature strings of my favorite musicians and display them. The package comes in a non-resealable baggie. I wanted to get the guitar pick out of it to put in front of package window to display. So I had to slit the back to get to it damaging the baggie.
