However book received late by 1 day with a price tag of £0.99 when challenged with WOB, they just dismissed this info - book bought and obtained from a charity.....really!! I paid £13.99 despite there own website advertising and selling book for £12.00. Was going to return book but postage was over £6.00, WOB will not cover/contribute. So keeping book, negative feedback lodged. Will never deal with this company again.
