No bubble wrap, film, etc. whatsoever. I would suggest reading reviews carefully next time. Luckily there was no serious damage of the figure itself, just damage to the corner of the box. But for collectors, I know this is an issue they would take seriously, therefore, just be careful if you decide to purchase something pricey & expecting it to arrive in excellent condition.

The only thing I wish they could improve is to tell the buyer when you will ship out the item: it took the seller almost two weeks (!) to ship out the item which is a little much. I had to contact the seller to make sure they will send out my package and that's not good as a seller. Pls work on it

It was well packaged and protected so it arrived safely and undamaged. The condition was excellent. The CD was as described by the seller.
