Label was generated day after purchase, but sat with no movement for more than a week. When contacted, seller was prompt to respond and was courteous. Item is as described and fits our phone model. Folio magnet feature is a little weak. If you don't mind waiting, still a good deal. If you need it sooner - look elsewhere.
