The seller contacted me to tell me he was unhappy with the quality of the latest batch of brushes and so he didn't want to send out defective merchandise. He offered an immediate refund which was processed straight away. Great communication and excellent customer service as far as I'm concerned. I've added them to my saver seller list.

Item arrived very fast and packaged well, unfortunately was the wrong item. Overall the seller was quick to respond and very polite. I would be more than happy to use this seller again in the future.

My order was sent out for delivery quickly, tracking number provided, unfortunately the courier didn't deliver, the package never got further than their facility. I waited a week before contacting the seller, they replied quickly and sent replacement which arrived next day. Couldn't ask for more.
