Although I was disappointed I fully understood the reasoning. Seller was very courteous, very apologetic and my refund was in my account very quickly. Just a pity cant deliver to northern Ireland but thats due to the size of packaging nothing else. We had an issue on the delivery process after the seller had shipped this product, however they responded quickly and resent it to me as requed. Thank you very much.

A little bit more attention would prevent this! Overall though, I am happy enough with the whole outcome and am pleased with the canvasses, some of which are already used!
