This book in particular was only really good condition. I immediately messaged WOB and they sent me replacements for the affected books. I have rated the experience positive as I was very impressed with their prompt response. I will still buy from them in future.

The only slight downside was that it took quite a bit longer to be delivered. I ordered 4 CD's at the same time. The 1st 3 were delivered on time but this one took about 5 days extra. It's no bother to me but a message would have been nice to explain the situation. I would still buy from this seller again.
