I was a bit hesistant because it was coming all the way from Poland. I'm glad I did. Received the parcel and it was wrapped in rolls of bubble wrap. When I opened it they were all in place. Not one pastel was broken. Tax wasn't that bad either around P500+. Thinking of getting some Gioconda pastel pencil from them. Again, thank you for the great transaction.

Inconforme porque a pesar de que pedí 2 productos en el mismo pedido, el vendedor no acepta hacer envió combinado para solo pagar un solo envío, pero en fin ya fue problema mío aceptar que fuera así. Solo que el vendedor fuera más razonable con esta situación, ya es la segunda ocasión que les compro algo. Buen embalaje. Tal y como se describe.
