When they were filling in my address the post office didn't like it exactly. They picked up the phone and called me to verify how I wanted it addressed. Haven't had anyone call me about any order before. They went out of their way to make sure I got my package ASAP. That's customer service.

The voice coil that came in the kit has bubbles in the laminate and it seems to get hot quickly and delaminates. It absolutely does not delaminate. These coils are made by Precision Econowind in Florida. They are THE coil manufacturer in the U.S. The bubbles are not relevant, and will cure out with use. It is supposed to get hot. That is part of the break-in. Install it. You will be very happy with the results.
- n***y (75)- Votos emitidos por el comprador.Último añoCompra verificadaTerrible service first sent the wrong voice coil size sent a coil that was 1/2 in too short had then argued about how i was measuring wrong like I didn't know how to read a tape wouldn't correct the problem and kept telling me I was wrong even with pics sent showing the size difference. Had to change my orig measurement to accommodate them cause they refused to send the right length voice coil. We sent all of the correct parts. We have sold thousands of this kit with nearly flawless results. This customer with zero repair experience refused to follow simple directions, and blames us because he doesn't understand the repair. I'm sorry, but this is ridiculous. Everyone but the expert is apparently an expert.

Packing was excellent and avoided any distortion of the surrounds. Shipping was immediate--got the item in two days. Excellent seller. They provide some hard to find items at reasonable prices.
