It arrived a couple of days late due to postal strikes which is a shame but the seller was very helpful in helping me with my questions and was very nice and polite which I value very much. I returned for a refund which they say they have done but I haven't received it after 2 + weeks. Will not answer my messages, terrible customer service and I feel very mislead. I've just purchased a pack of 5 genuine parker cartridges in original packaging from Amazon for £2.94
