Now you can explore the depths of the Earth with the full LEGO Power Miners Crystal Sweeper play set from the LEGO Group. This full set contains 474 LEGO blocks that are used to build the Crystal Sweeper. Using the harvester, players have to help Dr. Brains and Rex gather crystals before the monsters eat them. The Power Miners Crystal Sweeper box comes with four LEGO minifigures. They include two LEGO men, Rex and Dr. Brains, who operate the harvester. The set also has two monsters: Meltrox and Glaciator. The two monsters both feature opening and closing mouths that are large enough to fit a rock inside.The pieces inside are used to build a full truck that measures over 9 inches long and 6 inches wide. On the front of this device is a large wheel that can pick up LEGO crystals from the ground. The brick pieces picked up in this fashion are deposited into a bucket on the truck. Using this vehicle, you can try to grab all the LEGO crystals before the rock monsters do.On the side of the mining vehicle is a laser crane for one miner. It can be moved back and forth and is large enough to fit the LEGO power miners inside. The drill of the crane can also be lowered to make it appear as if it's drilling into toy rocks. The drill makes it easier for the driller to search for crystal toys when playing games and avoiding the monster.The LEGO Power Miners Crystal Sweeper full set also comes with blocks to build an emergency escape motorcycle. Building this motorcycle gives the LEGO people another way to escape from the rock monsters. There's also an exit ramp that you can store on the truck to aid your attempt to get away from a rock-eating monster.However, these theme toys also feature tools that the rock monsters can use to ambush the miners. This set features a double-launching power catapult that the rock aliens can use to get the upper hand. If the rock aliens' mouths are full, the power catapult can store extra crystals for later.The LEGO Power Miners Crystal Sweeper full set can also be combined with other LEGO toys. Using the mining truck, players can also pick up other LEGO blocks. The LEGO Power Miners Crystal Sweeper set is compatible with the Claw Digger set. When these two sets are combined, they create the Crystal Crawler. This unit is used to battle the rock monsters and can hold even more LEGO toys. It keeps the signature blocks of each set, such as the power wheel from the Power Miners set.The power miners mining truck features a green and orange color scheme and the rock pieces come in a few different colors including blue, red, and orange. Each monster is also a different color with Glaciator being blue and Meltrox being red. Each power miner comes with a miner hat and his own unique facial expression. The set also includes instructions and one pickax.
