Product apparently was delivered to the wrong address by UPS, and the seller somehow learned this before I knew anything was wrong, told me about the problem, and issued a refund. You find out how good a vendor is when they respond to a problem -- they did very well indeed!

I checked with the neighbors, and they did not receive it. Sent a note about the failed delivery to eBay who must have forwarded it to the seller. The seller immediately initiated a full refund even through it was not the seller’s (knivespot) fault. Hoped who received the screen wire would forward to me, but that has not happened. Really did NOT expect a refund. Thank you!
