Raised it with the seller, as I’m new to miners and wasn’t sure if it was something I was doing. Seller knew straight away the miner had accidentally been sent from the “to be fixed” pile rather than the fully working one (these things happen). Seller instantly offered a resolution immediately, sent out 4 new ASIC cards and a controller board as well. Top class customer service all round A++++
