The shoulders are higher than the photos show, and the air valve was completely sealed on the inside, I had to puncture the seal with a screwdriver and hold it open with a straw to inflate the product. Seller provided a partial refund as compensation for the defects. Fast shipping, good comunication and customer service. Seller should inspect future orders to ensure defective products are not shipped out. I recommend this seller, but not this product.
