Not to mention, we were never contacted before his purchase to inquire on shipping times, etc. We don't throw away $ on shipping costs b/c buyers don't thoroughly read what they purchase. We ship immediately after payments are made to get orders delivered ASAP. Buyer had a temper tantrum and left retaliative feedback. Grow up!
