Overall, I got what I purchased, even if it wasn't a perfect experience.

There was a tiny defect which occurred during shipping when the item arrived despite how well it was packed. Bubble wrap packing tissue and sturdy box. I thanked them for the effort and jokingly mentioned Minnie Mouse’s nose falling off. 3 days later I had a new item without asking for it. This seller definitely tossed profit away in favor of customer service. We couldn’t be more pleased. Thank you SO much dizneestuff1! Hope to repeat buy!

The item was nicely packaged and in perfect condition. The pin appearance and quality was nice and authentic. The price was also cheaper than it would have been in the parks. Overall, I had an amazing experience with this seller. I will definitely be purchasing from them again!
