He was extremely helpful and very responsive to my questions before I made the purchase. He shipped the item right away, but after two weeks without any progress in the tracking updates, he quickly processed a refund. While it’s unfortunate that I wasn’t able to get the product, I truly appreciate his responsiveness and commitment to customer satisfaction.

All the pieces are of good quality, and everything looks great. My only concern is that 2/3 minifigures did not come with their jetpacks, but the seller said that it was an accident.
