      The interaction with the vendor was very good given the circumstances. Basically, there was an issue with the delivery of the item due to weather in that area. The seller assured me that I would get a refund if the item did not arrive and if it ultimately did much later to keep it for the trouble. While I really wanted to get the game, the seller was great how they handled this issue and I got a refund with no problem

      The boots are in solid condition, but the experience was frustrating. They were listed as a US10 but turned out to be a US8. The seller clarified the issue and offered a refund, which I appreciated. However, the seller took almost a week to ship after printing the label, causing the boots to take 2 1/2 weeks to arrive. While the seller was helpful, the misleading details and slow shipping made the process less smooth than expected.
