The seller took my phone call, discussed it with me, canceled the sale, and then sent me a link so that I could rearrange the payment and still buy it for the same price. I am super grateful! The guitar was well packed and arrived in 1 day after it shipped. I buy guitars a few times a year and it s one of the best packing jobs I have ever seen. Fantastic experience!

Then while ebay refunded wrong item they agreed to ship “correct” item, only to send me the camera body, strap and an aftermarket battery and charger. Lens was not in the box. Contacted seller and have not heard anything back yet. Would definitely not do any further business with these people ever again.
