Everything as described; it's a "modified" item being attached to an over the door hanger, but still functions as intended most of the time. Need to open the door forcefully to engage the clapper on the bell so that it will hit the sound bow/ring, but otherwise everything is in good workign order! Great seller highly recommend checking them out!
