Excellent value because this is a fine paperweight valued highly by collectors. An especially gorgeous Perthshire with intricate millefiori and delicious colors. I've collected for over 50 years and this is a treasured addition to my collection.

It appears to have been properly packed, wrapped in a double layer of bubble wrap, and packed in an oversized box surrounded by packing "peanuts." It was clearly a case of USPS mishandling. [There was a big dent in the side of the box].
