I have one suggestion on the packaging: ship in a padded box, rather than a padded envelope. The two individual spark plug boxes weren’t protected as well as the four boxed together. One plug came out of its’ box. But the rough handling is on the carrier. All in all, a great transaction! Thanks!

However the part was new and in the box and was a nice part. Upon contacting the seller I was very quickly issued a return authorization and a shipping label. Once the seller had the return package I was again quickly issued a full refund.
