Good communication. Responds to all questions and or issues. Will do business again! Only issue being Fedex, not IWM's fault fedex had multiple delays. Only reason shipping was not 5 stars, fedex seems to always have a delay no matter how big, small, or how close or far something is shipped. Had it arrived on time, would have been 5 stars.
