Maybe I'm too strict. To be fair box was obviously open and contents handled from pictures, however I found an unmentioned ding and the previous owners OnePlus account still saved. Otherwise the phone was in like new good condition and reset tho. Packaging could have been better, shipping was fast. Not enough to go thru return, just remember it's eBay if you are OCD like me.
