Good communication from this company and sorted issues.

Well I am happy here, yes despatch was a little bit slow but I pinged them a message and they responded straight away to tell me it was on it's way, it arrived the next day. The packaging is immaculate, brand new box and air cushion bag (these are not cheap). The machine itself is as described and what I expected, it is a punchy little thing!! so 5*

Laptop arrived with Chassis damage that was not on the listing photos. Communicated with seller and they advised to raise a postal claim with RM as damage obviously occurred after listing. Seller offered generous partial refund and their communication helped me see past my anger.
