Seller was open to negotiate on price & the seller adjusted the cost of the shipping as well. Only issue was a missing pin on one the accordion slat. The item is awesome because of the very large storage capability!

Initially, we asked the seller to postpone shipping because we were out of town, which the seller gladly did. When the item was lost, the seller tried to determine what happened and when the item couldn't be located, immediately gave us a refund. A very reputable, accommodating seller!
