    The seller mailed an old, used, stained & cheap wallet to me instead of the handbag pictured & purchased. When contacted, the seller admitted the “mistake,” said she’d mail the handbag I ordered, but has not done so. Then she offered me a $10 (partial) refund for which I declined. A full refund is expected if she doesn’t have the product I paid for. This morning, it says the refund was issued. This seller doesn’t appear to be honest on any level & has my money yet no product delivered to me.
