We were able to chat before the purchase & they answered our question. The coffee pot arrived safely, clean & intact. Due to the summer heat transport though, much glue from the tape remains on the sides & the glass. Oh well. Also, we were pleased with the speed. Ordered on a Sat. Shipped on Mon and arrived to us in 5 days...completely across the country. Thanks for everything!
