At first I thought an important part was missing so I contacted the seller and they didn't hesitate to offer me a return. I then realised the part was there after all so this wasn't necessary. Would definitely recommend.

Oh, and the product is great, a genuine Snow Peak item that is "Made in Japan". 5*****
