It took a few days to send but then UPS lost the package by delivering to the wrong house and the seller said they would refund right away as they did not have a replacement item in stock. They did refund quickly. The seller communicated every step. Although UPS loosing things is part of doing business online - I really appreciate the response by the seller very much. I would certainly trust doing business with this seller again.
