I made an offer for the vintage Ralph Lauren tie which the seller accepted but I never received the tie. Seller claimed he/she handed in the package at the Post Office which was on a tracked RM delivery but said that that RM must have failed to scan it in on receipt and then lost the package. Seller refunded the value of the order. The tie is listed at the original price before i accepted the offer you sent. I would also like to add you were refunded promptly as soon as you raised the issue!
