I contacted the seller, she immediately opened a case & started investigating. She contacted the post office, then gave me the info & I contacted the USPS. They had put my daughter’s gift in a parcel locker associated with a vacant townhome! They swore it was in the right locker. Finally my daughter was able to go to USPS & pick it up. I would recommend that seller post more and clearer photos of the item up for sale. Shipping was fast and secure but as stated more photos are needed in the future to get a better assessment of the item up for sale.
