Despite location of item being within close distance, could not get answer about delay, for an entire week. Item never shipped and I let seller know I could see via my USPS account that it was never in transit. Reeved refund, but had I not contacted multiple times, its pretty clear my purchase would have been entirely overlooked.

There was an issue in shipping, item got lost in shipping, and these guys got right on it and did everything they could to make it right. I sent an email and got an aswer right back. These guys figured out the problem and sent me a new order. That was great, I got my item and am very satisfied. Thank you again for getten right on it... above and beyond... your customer service is all that...

Although Ordered on ebay item was shipped from Amazon. Must be a multi platform seller. Was surprised at order delivery because notification of item shipped and tracking never happened for whatever reason. But, the important thing is that the seller sent a great product in a timely manner, good job!!!
