    Item is as described, like new. It is very well packed with care. The seller used a disk case to protect the map and with multiple layers of protection. It a little bit pricey but well worth it with the condition. Shipping is affordable though it would be good if tracking is available but it worked out fine. Seller responds to message promptly. Excellent communications.
