It was a fragile piece and boxes take so much abuse in shipping. The seller was notified and offered a very fair partial refund toward the purchase price of the item. This makes it a good value since it is still in usable condition, just not a mint collectible. I appreciate the seller’s fairness in offering a satisfactory resolution and would purchase from this seller again.
