Kind of disappointing but it was in the description. From what I could tell it was indeed new, though it had a few light marks on it. Packaging of the console was decent but felt like it could have been more protective since the console was only partly bubble wrapped, and balled up paper was used to fill the empty box space. But it’s been working great for 1 week+, so no real complaints.

The only difficulty was FedEx Shipping which is very unreliable in Kansas presently. The computer was new as advertised. I found this to be the least expensive of any that I could find in my research. The appearance was great. There was a tear in the outer shipping box from FedEx, however the internal contents were not damaged. FedEx was contacted by the Merchant and this seemed to be the only method to get the package.Microsoft Surface Pro Copilot+ PC Touch 13" OLED Snapdragon X Elite 32GB 1TB (#126535485035)
