The originals have the same colour lid as the main body - this one does NOT. Our order was not packaged properly and the lid was cracked. Asked for a refund and after several requests, they eventually did give the refund. Very stressful process though, I’m sorry but I won’t be ordering again. Just relieved to get my money back.

The mugs were not even close to the description or photos as shown in the ebay display. Photo of the mug I received was sent to the seller to confirm my disappointment. I still gave the seller Merkuriki a positive feedback, because he did accept the "return". Ebay customer service was excellent in the process!
