The reply was patronising and rude, saying "the pictures of the box aren't damaged, but the way was packed, And as used trays, these are despatched in the way received but not damaged as our warehouse team are instructed to check every tray" and "this isn't happening despite our 2000 orders per month". I ordered sardines in sunflower oil and git it in water. After contacting the seller I find that they out sourced the item to a third party. The third party apparently sent the item as a replacement without informing me of giving the choice to cancel and get my money back. The original seller did not seem to care about what happened (or they already knew). No offer of refund.
