I tried to cancel before part was shipped, and was told it was too late and I can start a return after I received package. I started a return and was DENIED, because they don accept electrical arts back..even if part is STILL NEW AND NEVER BEEN USED IN ITS OROGINAL PACKAGING! Unfortunately, he decided to write a negative review rather than return the part.
