Should have been an easy fix but no return label was provided and seller wanted to remedy the situation with sending $40 for me to regrade the item. Once I messaged eBay it went smoothly and I got the return label to mail the item back but will not be a returning customer with the poor packaging. Was unhappy the shipping damage wasn't reported until 7 days after the product was delivered. I've shipped over 20 games the same way without issue. Just a bad luck transaction.
