USPS had sent the laptop to a completely different state and it took almost 2 weeks extra for it to actually arrive, but the seller was available to message throughout the entire process. They kept a check on the laptop along with me and ended up having to open a missing mail search along the way. The laptop came as described with an unknown battery charge- sadly not very long. It was found and lost again. Seller filed claim against USPS. I quickly got a refund from the seller. I would recommend this seller. Good communication and customer service.
