Thank you to the seller who tried to assist with collection. Seller is 10/10 buyers avoid click and collect from Argos. I have ordered another 96 of these plates del to my home.

Although I was disappointed I fully understood the reasoning. Seller was very courteous, very apologetic and my refund was in my account very quickly. Just a pity cant deliver to northern Ireland but thats due to the size of packaging nothing else.
