The belt in the pictures was nothing even close to what they were going to give me. I asked them before I ordered it if it will be as pictured and they said it will be the same, so I ordered it. A few days pass and they message me pictures of a belt that isn’t even worth $50 and I paid $479.99 plus tax. We given him a full customer serivce, handled his order as prority and quality was as discribed. Acutal belt pictures are in 12mm thick silver plate, buyer bought it in 6mm thick plate. so thats the different of depth he didnt like. We sent him pictures for approval before dispatch and he didnt like those images, i though possibly images are not good, we reshoot and send pictures again, buyer simply asked for a refund. We straight refund him in full. Thanks
