    the seller asked me to pay an additional $28 for shipping. i said no and requested he cancel the order and refund the amount that i was charged. i sent a cancellation request through ebay and they told me the seller refused to cancel the order. i had to wait several days before i could notify ebay that i had not received the item that i ordered. once i notified them and waited again, i was notified that the refund had been issued.
