To my surprise, the 16 Pro Max came with 100% health battery (I was expecting 90-95) and just 3 Cycles of use, it's like a brand new phone, it's an amazing purchase. Screen has 2 SMALL extremely light scratches but I don't even notice with screen on) I highly recommend this seller. Will purchase again in the future.

Unfortunately, it received a small bit of a damage in shipment (no fault of the seller, the package was quite beat up and the phone was packaged well). The seller was quick to respond, offered multiple resolutions, and followed up. Aside from the small bit of damage, the phone was exactly as described and otherwise looked brand new. Great value!
