Had to go into Bios and enable TPM 2.0 as it had not been done before delivery even though Windows 11 had been installed. The Microsoft Windows 11 compatibility checker tool insists on TPM 2.0 being enabled, otherwise it fails the upgrade. Perhaps you switched TPM 2.0 off by mistake.

The condition is not good because of the error has made me change my mind. Speaking with a customer assistant was bit calming after he directed me to send a feedback I need this issue resolved ASAP.
